Building Public Private Partnerships Institutional Capacity in the UEMOA Region

This program focuses on providing support to participating countries: PPP diagnostic studies, pipeline development and PPP trainings in Mali, Togo, Benin – while in Senegal, PPIAF is supporting strengthening the PPP unit. Additionally, support is being provided to the Government of Cote D’Ivoire to strengthen the institutional capacity of the PPP unit and line Ministries to manage the PPP framework. Guinea Bissau will be the sixth country to benefit under the Program by end of Fiscal 2016. For Fiscal 2017, planned activities will continue at the country level, including follow up in Togo and Senegal. Furthermore, potential support will be provided to countries that have not yet benefited from the program: Guinea-Bissau, Burkina Faso and Niger.
